1. Disconnect a Facebook Page
In EcomSeer, open Facebook 运营 → 公共主页 (Public Pages), find the Page, and select 断开连接 (Disconnect). This clears the stored Page access token for that organization and disables publishing through the connection.
Disconnecting keeps the Page identifier/name and previous publishing records. To delete those records as well, follow step 3 below.
2. Revoke access in Facebook
You can also open Facebook Business Integrations, find EcomSeer, and remove its access. The location or labels may vary with your Facebook account. This affects the authorization granted through Facebook; it does not automatically erase data previously stored by EcomSeer.
3. Request deletion from EcomSeer
Email xiaozhu@miaozhisheng.tech with the subject EcomSeer data deletion request. You do not need access to your EcomSeer account to send this request.
Include enough information to locate the relevant records:
- Your EcomSeer login email or other account identifier and organization/workspace name, if known.
- The Facebook Page name, Page URL or Page ID, or the other connected platform account concerned.
- Whether you want to delete one Page connection and its publishing records, all Facebook-related records associated with your account, or your EcomSeer account data.
- An email address where we can reply.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, App Secrets, or identity documents with your initial request.
4. Verification and processing
We will verify the request and your authority over the relevant account or organization. If further information is needed, we will contact you. Once verified, we will remove the requested data from EcomSeer's active systems, or explain any applicable limitation, and notify you of the result by email. To check progress, reply to the same email thread.
Depending on the scope of your request, deletion includes Facebook user/Page identifiers, Page connection metadata and access tokens, submitted post text and links, and associated publishing records. Limited information may need to be retained where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Protected backup copies may remain until they are replaced or expire under the applicable backup process.

此申请不会自动删除 Facebook 上已发布的帖子、Facebook 账号或公共主页。
